Virtenia Inc. Fulfillment Policy for Stripe Payments

1. Product Description:

  • Virtenia provides software products and/or cloud-based software for use with monday.com, QuickBooks, and other platforms.


2. Customer Support:


  • Channels: To obtain support, use our Support page or by email address at the bottom of this page. We respond generally within two business days and often much more quickly. For complex cases, we will follow up with live communication as needed.


3. Order Fulfillment:


  • Order Processing: Orders are processed electronically upon successful payment.

  • Service Delivery: For most subscriptions, access to the service begins immediately upon successful payment.

  • Account Access: Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.


4. Refunds and Cancellations:


  • Free Trials: Our products generally offer a free trial during which there is no payment to refund.

  • Subscription Cancellations: Customers can typically cancel their subscriptions at any time. Depending on the product, this may happen via the platform or by reaching out to our support.

  • Prorated Refunds: For monthly subscriptions, a prorated refund may be issued for the remaining unused portion of the current billing cycle upon cancellation.

  • No Refunds for Past Periods: Refunds are generally not issued for past billing periods. You may request an exception of up to three months for an inadvertent subscription.
