Virtenia Sync (monday-QuickBooks)

How do I change payment information, review payments, adjust or cancel my subscription?
Customers since mid-March 2025: Your subscription is paid and managed via monday.com. In your monday account, navigate to Marketplace > Installed Apps > Sync for QuickBooks > Billing tab.
Customer prior to that date: Access the billing portal for Virtenia Sync. As a reminder, your subscription in this older billing mechanism does not automatically cancel if you uninstall from monday or cancel monday itself.

What happened to Platform Pioneers?
New for 2025 - Platform Pioneers is now part of Virtenia. Integration for QuickBooks has become Virtenia Sync, with top-notch Virtenia support and feature enhancements underway.
The "sync now" option is greyed out
We have identified a problem in which certain accounts got "stuck", and added a prevention mechanism plus a background process to resolve the situation within 2-3 hours if any cases still occur. If you have any problems with the "sync now" option unavailable, please fill in the support form below and we will investigate.
Why do my customers and invoices sometimes not sync right away?
In late 2024, we saw a sporadic problems where QuickBooks sometimes did not trigger a sync to new or changed invoices or customers promptly. As of 2025, we have deployed a workaround and had few or no further incidents. If you observe any customer or invoices not syncing within an hour or less, please contact us with the support form below.
